SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This shipping & delivery policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered by Rare Realm. By placing an order on the Rare Realm website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy. This policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During sales, new launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping coverage
Rare Realm currently ships within India only. Delivery locations are subject to serviceability by our logistics partners.

3. Delivery timeline
Standard delivery typically takes 4–8 business days after dispatch depending on the delivery location. Metro cities may receive orders faster than non-metro or remote areas. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping charges
Shipping is free for both prepaid and Partial Cash on Delivery orders.

5. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking link.

6. Delays and exceptions
Rare Realm is not responsible for delays caused by courier partner delays, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, customer unavailability at the time of delivery, or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Failed deliveries and RTO (Return to Origin)
If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges. Partial COD orders that are refused, will not get refund of the amount paid online. 

8. Damaged or missing packages
If you receive a damaged package, you must record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised without proper proof may not be accepted.

9. Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Rare Realm will not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
