RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
This policy is designed to be fair to genuine customers while protecting Rare Realm from misuse and fraud. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No refund policy (strict)
Rare Realm does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are considered final. Refunds will not be issued for partial payments, size issues, fit preferences, delays in delivery, or change of mind. This policy exists due to the nature of apparel, limited drops, and hygiene considerations. -
Exchange eligibility
We offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.
Exchanges are allowed only if:
- Exchange request is sent within 7 days after delivery and the seal tag is not broken.

You received an incorrect size and the seal tag is not broken.

You received a defective or damaged product and the seal tag is not broken. (Should have a proper video while unboxing or receiving a damaged product.)
Exchanges are not allowed for:

Broken seal tag

Change of mind
-
Style or colour preference

Incorrect size selection by the customer (unless it is a manufacturing error)

Exchange request window
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days after delivery. Requests raised after this window will be automatically rejected even if the seal tag is attached. -
Seal tag policy (non-negotiable)
To maintain product authenticity and hygiene, all Rare Realm garments are shipped with a tamper-evident seal tag. Products without the seal tag attached will not be eligible for exchange. Removal, cutting, damaging, or tampering with the seal tag immediately voids exchange eligibility. Seal tags must be intact, unaltered, and clearly visible at the time of return pickup. This rule applies even if the product is unused. -
Condition of product
For an exchange to be approved, the product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. Original tags, seal tag, packaging, and invoice must be intact. The product must have no stains, odours, scratches, or signs of wear. Products failing quality inspection will be rejected and shipped back to the customer. -

Reverse pickup & shipping charges
Reverse pickup will be arranged by Rare Realm where serviceable. Shipping or reverse pickup charges may be deducted or charged separately depending on the case. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product as per instructions. -
Quality check & approval
All returned products undergo a mandatory quality inspection. Rare Realm reserves the final authority to approve or reject any exchange request. Decisions made after inspection are final and non-negotiable. -
Damaged or defective items
Customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained. -
Non-returnable items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

Gift cards or promotional items

Abuse & fraud prevention
Rare Realm reserves the right to reject exchange requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. We may also restrict or block customers who repeatedly misuse the exchange policy or make false claims. -
Policy updates
Rare Realm reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. -
